“This hotel had a kitchen, which was very convenient. It was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and buses, yet it was very quiet, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if they could hold our luggage, but they told us the room was already ready and kindly allowed us to check in early. “We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“Every thing was perfect”

“Sensational!! Absolutely above expectations. A day before check in, the host reached out to advise that they had upgraded us from the suite we had booked (Matisse) to a larger suite (Modigliani). What a nice start for our trip! Upon arrival, we were able to stow our luggage and take off to tour. When we returned, we had our check in code and easily access to the unit. The unit is immaculately kept, very clean throughout, quality linens, nicely furnished. It was a loft apartment with beautiful……

“Lovely cute apartment, perfect for couples or a family/friends of 3/4 max. Close to a local supermarket and restaurants. Location was perfect, close to metro station and close enough to walk to some major attractions, if youre wanting to get your steps in! I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay for a mini break!”

“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

“Hassle of walking up the stairs to the third floor with luggage”

“There was five flights upstairs and the stairs are super slippery. I slipped because of this and cracked my skull open and ripped my ear and two pieces. The carpet on the stairs is unsafe would not recommend.”
