「Hotel and staff were excellent, definitely recommend it to everyone, thank you so much👍👍👍」

「The staff are very nice and the room is clean. 」

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「The best hotel experience this year so far, greatest housekeeping team, even sent us a lunar new year card, would not stay in any other hotels in Casablanca should I ever come back. 」

「Location safe. Room is clean. Some reception is no smile no greetings. The day I left I see the boss was there so everyone is nice. 」

「Nice and safe hotel. And so kind staff」

Now the things I didn’t like: Maggots in the breakfast downstairs, the tiniest fridge freezer and had to request for another one to be placed in our room, the stove didn’t not work which made it very difficult to cook, especially when given an electric camping style single hob to cook which kept turning off and on whilst cooking. Lots and lots of tiny fruit flies in the pastries in the...

「A good, but somewhat out of the way location; surprisingly hard for local taxis to find. Very limited view from room; more limited than realized from website. Reasonable proximate dining solutions.」
