The location was quiet and my room was clean. I suggested to one of the staff members to please keep the prices low because the shared bathrooms could be a potential problem.
I would like to go back if there’s a special price offered.
Beautiful big rooms above the pub. Bathrooms are separate but all new with fantastic shower pressure. Staff were lovely and meals were delicious. Easy drive to surrounding wineries. Lives our 1 night stay
The rooms Have been newly renovated - gorgeous high celings, very comfy beds.
Newly renovated shared bathrooms.
Staff were very helpful and the food was lovely.
Highly recommend.
Room was large and very clean with plenty of towels and a good selection of pillows. Only suggestion here would be to add an iron and ironing board to room. Bathrooms are newly renovated and well appointed. Note that while the bathrooms are shared, there are 4 for 5 rooms and clearly allocated.
Also note that the rooms are accessed via a staircase - no lift access.
Initially, the staff lady was very helpful, showing me the area to park my trailer. She took us upstairs to our room which was tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels, coffee etc were supplied. There was a nice balcony upstairs with a great view of the street. We went downstairs for dinner and had a tasty and affordable meal. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Barossa Bauhaus Hotel.
Beautiful old pub, tastefully modernised and renovated throughout. Super friendly staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We will definitely be back.
Great rooms with comfy beds. Bathrooms are shared but there are 4 separate little ensuites with only 5 guest rooms, so plenty of options. Staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly
Rooms are newly renovated and very clean. There are 4 bathrooms to 5 rooms and these are all easy to access. Fully enjoyed our stay. Staff are amazing and the food from the hotel is brilliant. We will be staying again. Definitely recommend.
What a pleasant surprise - lovely updated rooms - balcony with very clean and modern bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable. Also staff and meals were exceptional. Would highly recommend this establishment for short or long term stays.
The room was big, very clean. The staff were amazing very friendly and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying there. I would stay there again. Reasonably priced also.
Pleasantly surprised with our stay. Lovely clean rooms for our party, private balcony for accommodation only, staff very friendly and helpful. Shared bathrooms were immaculate and modern, and we had 4 of them for 5 rooms upstairs. Water pressure was amazing also. Would stay again without hesitation. Bed very comfy.
Fast, easy checkin with friendly staff, the newly refurbished rooms were very clean and comfortable! Even though the bathrooms are shared, they were absolutely spotless, spacious and had shampoo etc. Awesome second floor shared balcony just for guests, with two tables up there, great view over Murray St Angaston. We also had dinner in the pub downstairs, which was absolutely delicious! Also being a pub on a Friday night, there was no noise in the bedrooms upstairs whatsoever - highly recommended!
Current construction makes it a little noisy at times. The rooms were spacious enough but only provided a kettle in term of amenities.
Shared bathrooms (with shared hand towels) is a little odd but the bathrooms were recently renovated and clean and tidy. A hairdryer would be a nice added touch.
Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would likely return.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The accommodation has been recently renovated. The rooms are basic and do not have an en-suite, Having to go down the passage to a bathroom/toilet is a problem during the night. The hotel has four bathrooms for five rooms. The bathroom/toilets are modern and clean.
The hotel has a dining room with a good diner selection.
