Awesome property, super close to the lifts and the Bear shuttle stop. Host was a little slow to respond to messages but no issues with our stay. Condo is on the 3rd floor for those with limited mobility the stairs may be a challenge.

Great place in the pines

Great place to stay, close to the bike park and restaurants in town. Would have liked more than one roll of toilet paper between the two bathrooms but besides that, the place was just what we needed to relax after being outside all day

Place was cute, but a bit over crowded with the space and furniture in the living and dining room (maybe a small round table and barstools at the counter). The kitchen is small and can only fit two people max at the same time. The listing says that you can fit up to 11 people. Which is true with bed space but definitely not good when it comes to taking showers. We were 5 and had to wait in between showers for the water heater to replenish its hot water. So dipping in and out was a must for us. Overall we made it work and enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo, close to Ski Lifts.

The condo worked great for our group of 4 adults. We had a couple of minor issues upon check-in, but Rick was very quick to respond and the issues were resolved. The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend the condo to our family and friends.

Great place to stay. Clean and close to the slopes. We were there in June for Mountain biking . Very close to the slopes Owner was awesome to work with and was available to answer all my questions no matter when I sent him a message. Will definitely be back for skiing Kids had their own private space upstairs and the adults had our space downstairs. Definitely recommend this place summer or winter.

Spring break 2023

Property was just as described. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook our meals. Close enough to the ski lifts that we walked. Will definitely come back in the summer if it’s available.

Nice property, well stocked kitchen.

This condo is on 3rd floor so be prepared to get your steps in. It’s an easy walk to the ski area. Or you can use the shuttle. Bring your white noise machine because the loft has 4 beds but is open to area below. It’s tight inside but does sleep 10 as stated. Needs some updating but for a quick ski trip we all enjoyed it.

The host is nice and responsive. The doors did not shut all the way, the 7 of us ran out of hot water constantly, and the Internet sucked. Also, I fell down the inside stairs so did the kids. It isn't somewhere I'd stay again.

Summer escape.

The family wanted to get away from the Texas heat for a week in mid July so we decided to head for the mountains. We’ve stayed at multiple places in Angel Fire during ski seasons for the past 5 years. This place was above average and very close to the lifts. We typically rent houses with other family (14 total) so this was a little small for all of us. It did fit 5 of us well. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The issues we did have were rapidly addressed by the owner and resolved immediately. We actually had some good conversations about the area and other owners in the complex. I would recommend this place for parties of 5-8 people. I would go again.

Cute ski condo

This is a great little ski condo, a very short walk or shuttle ride to the lifts. We found it well-stocked, which always makes travel so much more enjoyable. The living spaces and kitchen are cozy; the sleeping spaces are spacious. Great communication experience with the owner. This was a perfect place to stay for my family of 7 while we enjoyed a few days of skiing at Angel Fire.

This condo was great for four adults, two teenagers, and two young kids. Updated very nicely! Had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner for 10 people. Wish it was a bit closer to the resort, but we managed.
