Nice studio of 22 m2, ideally located in the heart of the Doutre district.
Close to the hyper center of Angers, in a small paved courtyard, with its independent entrance, the studio consists of a kitchen area, a dining area, a sleeping area. The private bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.
Sheets, towels, tea towels are provided.
The accommodation is equipped with a free WiFi internet connection.

Emplacement idéal
Agréable de rentrer dans un lieu calme, presque un village avec sa petite place. Le quartier de la Doutre est idéal.
Il suffit de traverser La Maine pour rejoindre le centre animé et les monuments.. tout est accessible à pied.
Tout petit bémol, le logement est sombre mais frais lors des températures élevées en saison estivale.

super location and super clean
wonderful host and perfect location. Only issue is the 15th century beam that runs through the center of the apartment, which is hazardous to anyone over 175cm! everything else was perfect. warm heat, warm water in shower and perfect appliances to cook meal with.

Excellent accommodations and a quiet neighborhood
We very much appreciated the opportunity to stay in a home on our first trip to Angers. Eric met us at the train station and helped us settle into our space. He was kind and gracious with our poor French language skills, and helped us learn about the city on our way to his home. The room includes a kitchenette and a bath with sink and shower. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable and accommodates sleep--we slept nearly 10 hours our first night there. When our travels bring us to Angers we hope we can return again to Eric's place.

Joli studio très calme, propriétaire très sympathique
Le studio est joli et bien aménagé, le quartier et le bâtiment sont très calmes. C’est assez proche du château et de la cathédrale à pieds. M. Voisine est disponible et serviable, ce fut un super séjour, je pense revenir bientôt.
