"Let me start this by saying, thankfully the host, Alix-Marie, was so accommodating to my poor planning. VRBO needs to address their ability to modify your reservation if plans change, or in my case, double book stays in different cities. That said, she was also accommodating in letting two of my colleagues also stay (which is offered in the description, yet the link on VRBO's app does not work). "Very nice room for my son and me. Very friendly host. Nice residential area. Our only challenge was not having the exact address prior to arrival. The link on VRBO did not get us to the correct location because of address number differences on the sides of the street and electronic maps calculations."

"When we arrived no one was there. We found out 1 door was open. The house was not clean, sticky floors, dirty tablecloth and dust nets every where. Even in the shower. 2 days later we met someone, when we told her about the state of the house she reacted a little bit annoyed. The house is situated beautifully in a quiet environment. There is no washing machine and no WiFi. Maybe something to think about in the future. We spent a week at the house and had a good time. It is a pitty the house...

"Que dire …… beau gîte extérieur bien situé au calme …..Mais très sale à l arrivée poussière ,toile d araignée jusque dans les canapés ….frigo , congélateur , vaisselle ( sauce tomate dans les assiettes ..) Nous avons fait 1 heure de nettoyage lors de notre arrivée!!!! Literie plus q usée …. Vitre cassée ( dangereuse ) Et de plus le bain nordique n est pas en activité malgres notre demande (fallait soit disant changer l eau …..mais pas été fait pendant la semaine . Dommage que ce gîte soit...

"Value for money? Not at all. No restaurant at weekends. Bar staffed by receptionist. Poor choice of beers. You have to pay for the car park for no obvious reason. Corridor painted black. In the room, the only lightswitch was by the bed so coming in when it was dark was like pinning the tail on the donkey. It took 15 minutes to work out how to use the tv control. Another 15 minutes to work out the shower which had a dangerously slippery surface. Breakfast was way too expensive. That might cover it but there may be more."
