Its location is exceptional, just above the Halles will allow you to enjoy a friendly atmosphere with restaurants, cafes, shops and local market at the foot of the building.
Beaches of Anglet within walking distance and parking in front of the residence.

The accommodation
The apartment consists of a comfortable bedroom that can accommodate up to 2 guests.

It also has a pleasant balcony with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood.

We offer on request, a late check-in service (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.

Rental of childcare equipment or fans/auxiliary air conditioners: 50€ (for the entire duration of the stay)

We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little early on the set time. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged 30€.

Fee of 50€ for an arrival on December 24 &, 31 after 6 p.m., and on December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).

In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, it is the lock of the door that must be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.

Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning & Laundry package included in your reservation:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and carry out the cleaning at the end of your stay.

Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be charged to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to inquire.

Highlights of the district:
Rue Paul Courbin is located in the Cinq Cantons district, considered one of the liveliest and most sought-after areas of Anglet. It is a residential, commercial and very close to the ocean with a small Basque town centre atmosphere.

There is a central square, local shops and a lot of entertainment throughout the week.

The district is also popular because it combines proximity to Biarritz and the beaches of Anglet.

Getting around:
Locals mainly walk or cycle to do their shopping, have a coffee or meet up.
A bus stop serves the whole city and the neighbouring ones and the buses run all night in high season!
