"Excellent service from the staff: attentive, kind, respectful and proactive to my needs. Breakfast and dinner get better the longer you stay. Itโs a value ryokan fit for relaxation in the mountains "
"This hotel is beautiful, with comfortable and clean rooms, wonderful public baths and great service. It is just minutes away from Horyuji temple. We would definitely stay there again, hopefully for more than 1 night!"
"We enjoyed the ryokan very much for the authenticity of old Japan. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Wearing the yutaka at the property was such a thrill for us. The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive.
Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Such a contrast from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka central. And the view from the 5th floor! Breathtaking.
Very convenient to be shuttled from the train station. Thank you again. "
"Excellent place to stay! Great views and a true traditional Japanese Ryokan. The garden is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The building is quite old and full of history which adds to the charm. Would stay again. "

"Easy check in process with complimentary beverages set the stage for a wonderful stay. The gym was clean, access to the train station was easy via Namba Parks, the room fit the 4 of us nicely. Great sleep, pleasant to relax in, and in the middle of everything. Couldnโt recommend more."
"The hotel rooms are so nice, the view from the higher floors is stunning, itโs a little out of the way but I would still say walkable or a short cab. I do wish their gym facility offered more options but overall amazing hotel friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby."
"Stayed three nights during World Expo. Breakfast was spectacular, huge assortment of hot and cold foot items, breads, soups, meats, seafood, salads, fruits, I canโt even name them all. Great for if you want to try new foods as well. The drink options were even spectacular, with more than basic water and coffee/tea. There were some free perks after certain times, I think I tried a cold noodle dish after a certain time and it wasnโt bad.
The room was clean, bed comfortable, there was a foot massager, no onsen, but nice shower. "
