“Excellent location within walking distance from the beach the house is also two minutes walk from the local co-op shop which opens until 10 pm. The garden was big enough for our two dogs and also very handy to be able to park two cars safely. The bedrooms were all double and the TV was great entertainment with all the channels available. I would definitely recommend this property for any family wanting to stay in Carnoustie.”

“We had a wonderful stay, the beach boathouse is gorgeous. Loved the halloween touch when we arrived carved pumpkins in the window. Perfect for our little halloween party . Comfy and cosy with a perfect view of the water. We will defo be back.”

“Perfectly located, comfortable and clean accommodation. The upstairs kitchen was well provided for self catering. The view over the harbour is a highlight. Contact via the Guest Portal failed during the months before our stay. Email contact was frustrating. For this reason we would hesitate to recommend this stay to overseas guests.”

“We had a brilliant family weekend at Kirkton Lodge celebrating my son’s birthday. The lodge itself was beautiful, spacious, and very well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, when we encountered a minor issue with a leak, they were on hand immediately and resolved it impressively fast. Their responsiveness really stood out and added to the positive experience. I’ve always loved this area.s. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and……
