The points for improvement were that there wasn't a bin in the room (only in the toilet) and that the room smelled of smoke. It was also a bit hot and there weren't any lighter blankets. "The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself felt unfriendly. There were signs saying you couldn't bring any food or drink into the hotel. I understand that you shouldn't eat or drink your own items in the common areas but I have never stayed in a hotel where it is forbidden to bring anything into your room. The TV didn't have any internet so the Netflix didn't work. The WiFi also didn't work in the room. The plug didn't fit properly in the bath so the water drained away in a few minutes of getting in. I mentioned about the WiFi and the TV and because it was a Sunday they couldn't sort it out until the next day when we were leaving. There was no apology for this."
