Everything was perfect! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and the food was delicious. I felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely come back again!

Mostly everything was excellent. Apart from settee cover needing cleaning in suite we had a really pleasant stay. The concierge, Altman, was a very helpful young man. He made our stay very enjoyable and is an asset to the hotel staff team

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself felt unfriendly. There were signs saying you couldn't bring any food or drink into the hotel. I understand that you shouldn't eat or drink your own items in the common areas but I have never stayed in a hotel where it is forbidden to bring anything into your room. The TV didn't have any internet so the Netflix didn't work. The WiFi also didn't work in the room. The plug didn't fit properly in the bath so the water drained away in a few minutes of getting in. I mentioned about the WiFi and the TV and because it was a Sunday they couldn't sort it out until the next day when we were leaving. There was no apology for this.

Near Metro. Easy access. Unfortunately the staff unable to speak English. The front desk also not informative- told us to take taxi as there is no metro (which is just round the corner). Other staff are friendly and always having big smile. The buffet breakfast- not much choice

The hotel has sewage issues. My room smelled. Airco is not working, only hot air! Had to sleep with the window open and getting waked up at 4.30 by early morning prayer from the iman at the corner! Breakfast is below average and no cook at the egg station. After various complains they pre cooked the omelets or a waiter tried to fry some eggs my 5 year old does better!

Öncelikle iş için Ankara’ya geldim ve 5 YILDIZLI diye tercih ettim. Öncelikle oda fotoğraftakilerle aynı değil priz eksikliği var.Lavaboda ki saç kurutma makinesi 2000 lerin başından kalma kendi prizimde saç kurutma makinesinin üzerindeki prize sığmıyor çünkü eskiden fişler imceydi.İkincisi asgari ücretin %40’ı kadar bir ücreti 5 Yıldızlı diye vereceğim ve sırf otel yönetimi kendi resturantlarında ki ürünleri satabilmek için dışarıdan hiçbirşey getirmeme müsaade etmeyecek.Otele giriş saatinde 40 dakikaya yakın bekletilicem ama çıkışta tolerans gösterilmeyecek.Minibar ücretlerini saymıyorum bile ütopya resmen.Fitness salonuna kanmayın bir çok ağırlık aleti arızalı koşu bandı bir anda durup fişi çekiyor arıza veriyor sakatlanmaya çok müsait.Kahvaltı dahil ayırttığım halde kahvaltı için 1000₺ ücret istendi ve hotels yabancı şirket ulaşması çok zor olur diyerek ücreti tahsil etmeye yönlendirmeye çalıştılar.Gözü kapalı bilmeyen biri olsak 1000 lira boşa ücret ödeyeceğiz.İyi tarafı ise konumu ve vale hizmetindeki arkadaşların hızlılığı bu iki sebepten dolayıda bence tercih edilebilecek bir yer değil.Ben o kadar çok 5 yıldızlı otelde kaldım (TR’nin 50-55 ilinde) en kötü deneyimim en problemli deneyimim buydu ben tavsiye etmiyorum.Aynı konumda bir çok 5 yıldızlı güzel otel var diğerlerini araştırın derim.
