People come from miles around to scare the bejeezus out of themselves by lining up precisely where the apparition can see them and shrieking in delight. However, few of them will actually stay at the "boutique hotel" contained within. Which is probably why the owner is looking to sell it. If you like company, but are not overly fond of money, you might drop by and make him an offer.
