Excellent séjour au Sheraton Annaba . L’hôtel offre un cadre somptueux avec une grande qualité de service . La chambre est magnifique et très spacieuse avec une splendide vue sur la vieille ville et la mer . La nourriture y est excellente.L’ensemble de L’hôtel est extrêmement propre . Le personnel est très professionnel et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Magnifique séjour au Sheraton à Annaba, tout est magnifique l’hôtel, la chambre, la douche, les espaces communs, le personnel est aux petits soins. L’hôtel est superbement beau de l’extérieur comme de l’intérieur. Superbement bien placé.

Notre séjour à Sheraton Annaba Hotel a été une expérience exceptionnelle du début à la fin. L’hôtel est magnifique, moderne, élégant et parfaitement situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et impeccablement propres, avec une vue superbe et une atmosphère reposante. Le personnel mérite une mention toute particulière : extrêmement gentil, professionnel, chaleureux et toujours attentif aux besoins des clients. Chaque membre de l’équipe nous a accueillis avec le sourire et beaucoup de bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le service, le confort et la qualité des installations reflètent parfaitement les standards d’un grand hôtel international tout en conservant l’hospitalité algérienne. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et généreux, et les espaces communs très agréables. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de cet établissement et le recommandons sans hésitation à toute personne visitant Annaba. Nous souhaitons également adresser un immense merci à notre guide et chauffeur Abdou, qui nous a accompagnés durant tout notre séjour avec un professionnalisme remarquable, une grande gentillesse et énormément de patience. Grâce à lui, nous avons découvert des endroits extraordinaires, notamment Constantine, Batna, Timgad ainsi que les magnifiques Ghoufi Canyon. Séjour très agréable, le personnel au top et aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe très bien !! J'ai rencontré quelques petits soucis avec la télévision de ma chambre et je remercie fortement Zargo et Youssef du service dépannage pour leur professionnalisme, efficacité et leur réactivité. Je remercie également le service au top du room service.

Hôtel magnifique, accueillant et propre. Le personnel à l’accueil est au petit soin et tellement aimable. La chambre spacieuse, la literie excellente j’ai super bien dormi. C’était d’un calme parfait et la vue splendide. Je suis arrivée dans la nuit et matin au réveil une vue comme celle ci n’a pas de prix. Il y’a tous le nécessaire sèche cheveux, machine nespresso, fer à repasser même un rassoir pour monsieur. Un hôtel de luxe!

Bel hôtel mais check-in extrêmement long ! Déçus par le buffet du petit déjeuner ainsi que du dîner (peu de choix le soir) qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel Sheraton. Restaurant italien correct. Nous étions toujours « poursuivis » après les repas pour le paiement (comme si on allait partir sans payer). Un peu de discrétion serait le bienvenu.

The hotel itself is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The ordinary cleanings are done to the highest standards but the extraordinary ones shall be improved. The biggest bummer is that they throw parties pretty much every night and the music is very loud and can be heard from the rooms even at the 12th floor, didn't get a great sleep. Loved the staff and the customer attention, floor managers pass frequently to provide you refill to any amenities needed.

Staycation here while visiting my husband’s family. Check in: arrived at 2:15pm to check in and was told we had to wait until 3:00pm on the dot. A bit weird but we agreed. At 2:55pm, my husband went to the desk to start the process as we were eager to get settled, was told they weren’t ready yet 😵‍💫. Ended up getting into the room around 3:20pm. Room service: at 3:30 I ordered room service. Some items were not available. So we ordered 2 club sandwiches (which came with fries ) plus an extra order of fries for my son. Sandwiches arrived at 4:45, extremely cold and with no fries! The bread was hard as if the sandwiches had been waiting to be delivered. They arrived with a small bowl of fries for my son at 5:30, which were also freezing cold. Dinner at feast: We opted for half board so we had dinner in the hotel buffet. Quality was extremely bad. It didn’t begin until 7:30pm and we arrived at that time but food was cold even though it just began. Not all food was ready and we had to wait a bit for them to finish setting up. Breakfast: excellent! All items cooked fresh and served warm! Pool: small but nice for small children. Atmosphere is good music is good as well. Cafe on site. We returned to our room after a long morning in the sun to find no AC! We called 3 times within a. 4 hour period before deciding to go to the lobby and speak with someone. Was fixed after dinner. For a Sheraton the quality is just not as it should be, however for Annaba, it is a great start.
