“Very clean home in a lovely, safe neighborhood with a neighborhood playground on the same street. Sidewalks on both sides of the street and a fenced yard, plus a supply of toys and children's books made this a great place to stay for children that have just endured the discomforts of travel. I appreciate that there was a decent supply of cutlery and table settings as it was truly a comfortable stay for a large family or group. ”

“We had such a great stay at Annapolis Retreat! The house is even better than it looks in the photos. We spent the majority of our time in the lower level family room with a gas fireplace, TV and many games (the ring game was our favorite!). The house was clean, well stocked and seems very much like someone’s home rather than just a rental. We will definitely be back! ”

There was a large snow and ice storm two weeks prior to our visit, the driveway had a shoveled path for a trash can, not a car. There was plowed ice chunks two feet high at the foot of the driveway, making it impassable for a car to cross. There was not street parking available due to the snow banks. We reached out to the host and he seemed willing to help, but then never followed through. ”

The property was extremely well located and it took minutes to get to and from any place that we needed to get to. It provided an adequate amount of space for all of our needs. Family time was our goal and this property made it possible to host them and have everyone feel comfortable and relax.
