Access for travellers

A security deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made on the day of departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been found by the establishment.

This is a non-smoking accommodation. Parties/events are not permitted. Guests should avoid making noise between 22:00 and 09:00. Pets are allowed (a supplement may apply).

Check-in is at the reception of the Les Trésoms hotel, 15 Boulevard de la Corniche, 74000 Annecy. The villa is adjacent to the Les Trésoms hotel.
