“Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. ”

“The service is above and beyond including advice on taking flights to Praslin much more convenient than taking ferries for a small price difference saving time for airport transfer. Arranged rental car waiting for us at the Praslin airport--quality and efficiency of time, able to hit all the beaches and La Digue day trip. The room is new and clean. Beds are comfortable and very spacious with full kitchen and refrigerator. Very quiet neighborhood. 6 minutes away from the airport and……

“Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.”

“At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. Location wise, wasn’t the best for tourists. We were told that tourists usually stay in a more populated area with more restaurants on the other side of……
