"My booking was for 2 rooms with 2 QUEEN BEDS, for 2 and 3 adults. When I get there, they were insisting that they have only 2 double beds room. And if I want a room for 3, I need to pay extra. My voucher specifically states that we are 3 adults and room should have 2 queen beds and I insisted on that.
