「Temiz, geniş ve ferah bir hotel. Odada, balkonda geniş yüksek tavanlı süper. İç mimarisi ve mobilyalarıda modern ve çok güzel. Resepsiyonda çalışan hanım ve beyler profesyonel kibar ve sevecenler, resepsiyonu bi kere dahi boş görmedim, bu güven veren bir özellik. Temizlik çalışanlarıda güleryüzlü ve titizdi. Ancak ses yalıtımı sıfır bu hotelde, sağ ve sol odalardan yukarıdan her ses direkt odadaydı. Tartışma, konuşma, duş, tuvalete gittiklerinde çıkarılan tüm sesler vs olduğu gibi duyuluyordu.....

「Excellent hotel. We stayed at The Marni Hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The hotel is beautiful, with lovely modern rooms, a fantastic pool and a really relaxing spa. Everything is spotless and is basically brand new. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a special mention has to go to Arzu. I left my eye cream at home, and she went out of her way to find some for me and have it delivered to the hotel the very same day. Such amazing...

「This was my second stay, it is a great resort with a very pleasant and helpful staff, plenty of activities for all ages.」

「Facilities are a bit run down, my bedroom TV did not work, the AC had to be switched on after contacting the front desk, some of the lights would not work etc. Breakfast was bland and regrefully cats were roaming aroung eating food scraps from the floor. The hotel's location is far away from anywhere so, everything at the hotel was expensive - nearest restaurant is a good 20" walk from property. Beach was nice although, again, facilities there, were pretty basic and somewhat unappealling.」

「Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The service is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue is the staff. Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first. When I raised this, the staff member became rude instead of apologising, pulled faces, and responded rudely in Turkish. Although I do...

「The manager smoked at reception and at the pool. The room was never cleaned, just briefly tidied. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Water wasn’t provided daily and the staff struggled to communicate a common message. The gym was okay and so was the pool. The manager tried to scam us multiple times and they were not overly welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend the place as the staff try to exploit travelers.」
