I had a wonderful stay at Golden Lux Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Golden Lux Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The reception area was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good too. However, the room was extremely small — it was almost impossible to move around, especially with our luggage. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. The bed was not clean, and we had to go to reception to ask for fresh bedding and change the bed ourselves. There were several hairs on the blanket, which was very unpleasant. Even worse, we found a pair of dirty socks inside the bed drawer. This was absolutely disgusting and made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. Overall, the hotel has some positives, particularly the reception area and breakfast, but the room size and, most importantly, the cleanliness need significant improvement.

Loved this place. The front desk staff, especially Ibrahim (or was it Ismail?) A+++. Pool was cleaned even though it was pretty clean. Pool is one level so if you have a little one, the big pool has no shallow end. Has a small baby pool though kids over 4 may not like it for long. Bring swim ring or vest. Clean.

I needed a shower after my shower from using their towels. They smell of bleach so bad and now my body smells of bleach. The beads are not double beds, they 2 single beds pushed together. The breakfast is terrible, I had a piece of watermelon and left. On the bright side it’s very convenient, close to tram stop, right downtown, loads of food and shopping options, can’t get a better location
