Akra Antalya

"Had an excellent stay at the Akra hotel, visited middle of May. Hotel is perfectly located only 20-30 mins from the airport and 15-20 mins from the old town. The hotel itself met all my expectations - they have dedicated guest experience & concierge desks manned throughout the day to assist, on top of a phone service from your room. Was met with a free drink, wine & fruit platter in my room on arrival. I had a sea room view and it was spacious enough with balcony, only downside was that the pictures on Expedia showed a couch in the room, however one was not present. The beautiful view made up for it. The hotel has all the amenities you could need, from 3-4 restaurants (one is an amazing rooftop restaurant), 24hr bar, high quality gym & spa, shops to buy souvenirs or toiletries, Buffett breakfast, work space, 3 pools, with one being an infinity pool and lastly a pseudo beach. Not necessarily a sandy beach I would’ve hoped for but the hotel is perched off a cliff edge so getting a sandy beach would’ve been tough. However Lara beach is only a 30 min drive away. All in all I would highly recommend staying at Akra if holidaying in Antalya…chefs kiss."

"Hijyen genel bakım düzen güzeldi, yemekler çoğu gün benzer şeyler çıksa da oldukça çeşitli olması sebebiyle bu konuda sıkıntı yaşamadık ancak kırmızı et çeşitleri daha çok sulu yemek ve haşlama üzerinden dönüyor. Sunum olarak yemekler güzel görünse de genelde 9/10 görünen yemekler ortalama lezzette kalıyor ve beklentiyi tam karşılayamıyor. Çok fazla çeşit denememize rağmen "şuna bayıldım" diyebileceğimiz bir yemeğe denk gelmedik. Snack bar yemekleri gerçekten güzeldi ve diğer otellere göre çok çeşitliydi. Alkol ve bar tarafında kaliteli içkiler de bulunmakla birlikte genelde özellikle belirtilmedikçe daha çok ikinci sınıf hizmet sektörü markası alternatifler kullanılıyor, bunu problem etmedim çünkü kaliteli bilinen markaları rica ettiğimde onlar kullanıldı, ancak bir başka problem kokteyller meyve ve pürelerinden ziyade büyük oranda yapay şuruplar ile dönüyor ve 1-2 günün ardından mide problemlerine yol açabiliyor, lezzet de dolayısıyla oldukça yapay hissettiriyor. Bunlar haricinde genel olarak işinde iyi ve bilgili barmenler olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Bar sayısı fazla ve yeterli olduğu için neredeyse hiç sıra beklemedik o konuda çok memnunuz, barmenler ile sohbet edecek vakti bile bulabildim. Yine de çok yoğun olmayan bir dönemde gitmediğimi de belirtmem gerekir. Son olarak aktiviteler genel anlamda iyiydi ancak yetişkinler için biraz daha spor ve oyun çeşitleri eklenebilir, aktiviteler daha çok çocuklara yönelik görünüyor. Biz genel deneyimden memnun kaldık tavsiye ediyoruz"

"I was really disappointed. The hotel was old looks not a 5 star to my expectations. The bed was terribly hard. It was a 3 star with 5 start amenities but not a good quality and standard. We left after one night sleep. They did help us to move very quickly which was good"

"The hotel facilities, food quality, pools, and overall presentation are excellent, and the staff are generally hardworking and polite. However, the hotel appears heavily oriented toward families with young children, and the room sound insulation is insufficient for this type of environment. We experienced ongoing disturbances from children running, screaming, loud conversations, and doors slamming in nearby rooms and corridors. While the hotel facilities, food quality, pools, and general presentation were excellent, the ongoing noise issues significantly affected our comfort and sleep quality. Unfortunately, the hotel staff's handling of our concerns also left us disappointed, so we are unlikely to return."
