  • This spectacular modern house of 240 square meters offers a luxurious and comfortable retreat in the Antequera Golf urbanization. With stunning views of the Antequera plain, the iconic Peña de los Enamorados, and the historic monumental city of Antequera, this residence promises an unparalleled experience.

    Upon entering the house from the upper floor, you will find a secondary living room equipped with a small kitchen, perfect for preparing a coffee or a snack. This living room has a cozy fireplace, ideal for winter evenings. On this floor, there are also three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort, as well as an additional toilet for convenienceDescending to the lower floor, the house reveals a spacious living room that integrates perfectly with the fully equipped kitchen, creating an ideal environment for family gatherings and with friends. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for guests.

    The exterior of the house is equally impressive, with an infinity pool of 10 x 4 meters that invites you to enjoy relaxing swims while contemplating the panoramic views. The garden is adorned with native Mediterranean plants and decorative olive trees.

    The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and a radiant and refreshing floor system with aerothermal energy, providing the perfect climate throughout the year. Additionally, the property includes an extra mid-stay cleaning.

    The house has high-speed internet depending on the device and area of the house, between 80 and 150 MB. Enough for Netflix, Disney, or teleworking.

Die Villa ist fantastisch und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, was für ein Luxus. Es ist ruhig und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht über ganz Antequera. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu unternehmen, auch mit Kindern. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Familienurlaub und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Garten und im Pool. Manuel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein wunderbarer Gastgeber.

An amazing, beautiful house, great views and a lovely garden, even if the weather was a bit cold to use the pool, so comfortable, the house had everything you could need, and so posh! We all enjoyed the pool table and were able to cook some lovely meals in the well equipped kitchen. Location was also perfect, close to main roads to all the popular destinations, granada, malaga, cordoba, ronda all within around an hours drive and Antequera itself was a hidden gem
