Ideally located on a quiet street in La Pinède, in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, this single-story villa benefits from a superb landscaped garden of 300 m². The exterior offers a large jacuzzi, a covered terrace with a table that can accommodate up to 8 guests, as well as a barbecue, ideal for convivial moments in complete tranquility.



The villa is appealing for its generous spaces, designed to offer optimal comfort. It features a dining room accommodating up to 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with a private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom benefiting from a large bathroom.



An independent studio, adjacent to the villa, includes an office space and its own bathroom. An additional office, which can be converted into an extra sleeping area, completes the amenities.
