「I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past three years, even before the name change, and it was always my favorite. Sadly, this stay was very disappointing. The receptionist was unwelcoming and gave us a noisy room right by the street and loud music. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the toilet paper had already been used, and there were hairs in the bathroom. The pool was green, our welcome drink was denied, and breakfast now has very limited options. The only staff member who made us feel welcome...
