Casa Maracuya

Casa Maracuya offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and elegance. Inside, you'll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, including a kettle, coffee maker and toaster etc. The villa features three bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with an en-suite bathroom, and a second bathroom with a shower. The comfortable living room includes a dining area and extends to a second terrace, making it a lovely spot to enjoy your coffee and fresh air. For added comfort, the living room has air conditioning, and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

The lush 250-square-meter garden is filled with tropical plants, including palms and a passion fruit tree. The terrace is fully furnished with a dining table, chairs, a garden sofa set, and a barbecue grill, making it ideal for cooking and relaxing. The highlight is the private pool, measuring 7.5m x 3.3m, with optional heating available at an additional cost. Six sunbeds are provided for lounging by the pool. Convenient parking is available in front of the house for guests with vehicles.

Casa Maracuya, situated on the Las Salinas de Antigua golf course in Caleta de Fuste, just 2 minutes from the Golf Club. Ideally located 10 minutes from Fuerteventura International Airport and close to Puerto del Rosario, this beautifully equipped villa is also within a 10-minute walk of the Atlántico Shopping Centre, offering a supermarket, shops, restaurants, a cinema, a bowling alley, and sandy beaches. The centre of Caleta de Fuste, with its variety of restaurants, bars, and a sandy beach, is just a 5-minute drive away.

Das Haus ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist auch klasse, leider war die Heizung bei Ankunft ausgeschaltet so dass wir erst nach drei Tagen warmes Wasser hatten. Zu Beginn war das dann doch sehr frostig. Das Atlantico Shopping Center ist leider nicht wie beschrieben in 10 min fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sind dann doch immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Ansonsten alles fein, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und den verschiedenen Kollegen.

Child-friendly home away from home

We had a lovely stay at the property. David is a great host who's very attentive and friendly. We arrived late in the evening and were happy to find a 8L bottle of water, fruits and even wine in the fridge. Those are details that made us feel welcome after a long trip. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available in the kitchen, bathrooms and the pool area. David was open to answer all of our questions and checked in regularly. There was a problem with the electricity as the breaker would go down at times. David was upfront about it when we arrived and instructed us what to do. When it got inconveniant we communicated this to him and he did his best to resolve the issue. Considering it was Christmas, electricians weren't available to come and fix it but David came by the house to check. We're certain that the issue will be sorted soon and that other guests won't have any problems enjoying their stay here.We also enjoyed the great conversations with David about life, traveling and business. Our children enjoyed looking for passion fruits (maracuja's) as they would fall from the tree when ripe (yellow). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone with young children as it is clean, centrally located and comfortable. Until next time.

A great Place to be

David is a wonderful host. Although we arrived late he took time to showed us around and prepared fruits, water, coffee and wine as a warm welcome. He always was available via WhatsApp and gave us great advise about must sees. The villa maracuja also was wonderful. We even had the chance to eat maracujas, which was a great experience. The villa is full equiped, we missed nothing at all. The furniture was high quality, nicely decorated and everything was very clean. The pool had the perfect size and was preheated. We loved the big terrace , the outside dining table and lounge area. We would love to come back and can´t wait to visit the villa Maracuja on Fuerteventura.
