Second time here after staying in 2017. Surprised to see exact same decor and furnishings meaning nothing has been updated in that time. However, clean enough with pleasant staff and decent enough choice of food. Downside was roadworks happening directly outside the hotel which affected water pressure. No fail of hotel though.

We had was room 201! Dont stay in this room, there is a very loud unit that is on constantly outside the room all day and night, there was also a rat/mouse scratching all night under the bath trying to get out and there is also no air con and you need air con in fuerteventura as its always hot! We stayed up all night and left the next morning and got a refund, the staff on reception were helpful as much as they could be. I cant say much about the food or amenities as we only stayed for less than 12 hours, we had to book in to another hotel.

Very polite and helpful staff. Food was good. Walking distance to the ocean. Walking distance to the bus stop. The rooms were a bit disappointing. They need to be updated and refurbished as the smell was awful. Bathroom smelling dump. Bedroom smelling mould. Blankets smelling awful but my wife asked for replacement and got a better one.

Hotel cerrado!
El hotel está cerrado, no se usa desde hace días y nadie me lo había comunicado antes de mi llegada. He intentado ponerme en contacto con ustedes y con el alojamiento para cursar una reclamación formal y su respuesta ha sido que no iba a haber respuesta debido a la saturación del momento.
