“Beautiful house, much-appreciated air conditioning, although rather noisy air flow through the vents. Beds, furniture,and linens were comfortable; there were plenty of blankets and good towels. No shortage of hot water.WiFi was reliable.Coffee maker made only 5 cups, which might be inconvenient for a larger group. Gas stove burners were rather slow to get cooking.There were only two outdoor chairs.Nice views, and the cows next door would serenade us in the evening. Their sweet border collie……

“Location is perfect, just minutes from great trails and and famous bullion canyon, Peggy was very attentive and friendly, but also gave us our space. The upstairs space is HUGE! Very comfy and rustic. The covered parking was definitely a plus for us since it rained off and on. The only issue we had was the master bedroom got VERY hot the 1st night. We figured it out tho for the rest of our stay you just need to make a good draft of airflow thru the house. After the first night we didn’t have……

Lastly, there was a great all-in-one clothing/pizza/coffee/brewery shop (Escalante Outfitters) walking distance from our stay. ”
