A convenient place to stay next to Antwerp Central Station. Only real issue is that I have only ever found one or the two lifts to be working and that is not enough in a 9 story hotel as this means that the lift is often already full at busy times.

The hotel's location was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean. However, the reception floor had a bad smell, and because there was no air conditioning in the rooms, it was very hot. If you're traveling in the summer, it's a good idea to keep this in mind.

I had reserved another hotel, but hotels.com changed our reservation and send us to this hotel/hostel. The location is very convenient, but the hotel has no AC, so the windows had to stay opened during our stay, and the region is very noisy, so it was very difficult to sleep

Kamer goed genoeg.

It is super near to the center. There is an AH next to it so you can grab quick food or whatever. No AC (you can pay a €20 to rent a fan at the reception. Only one lift (as the other one was in maintenance). No towel but of course you can pay to rent one. You also have to make your bed.

The room we were given was not cleaned after previous guest, so we got assigned new room. The new room was fine. Only one elevator of two was working, and it was extremely slow. Building is ongoing renovation. It was very hot in the room. Location was good and central. Bed was comfortable.
