Wonderful apartment

My husband I and stayed here for 5 nights in May 2025. The apartment is lovely - the photos are accurate as is the written description. The neighborhood is quiet, especially at night. I wish I had researched the neighborhood a little better as we didn't find many restaurants. For us, this wasn't an issue because we chose to eat in the apartment or in central Antwerp but for others, this might be a problem. Likewise, grocery stores were easily accessed within a few blocks in all directions. There is a Carrefour Express between the Gonoud and Harmonie tram stops that offers the basics in grocery items. It was perfect for our needs. A word of caution ... if you arrive in the late afternoon on Sunday, the only open (to 7pm) grocery is Super Sam, a Polish grocery. Plan accordingly and be sure that you have a translation app on your phone! The tram is an easy walk from the apartment and from there you can access just about any place in Antwerp.Instructions for entry into the apartment were very clear and we had no trouble gaining entry. We didn't drive or bike so I can't speak to those subjects. Uber is available in Antwerp and we used it for both arrival and departure without any problems. In short, it was a lovely place to land for a few days.
