「TERRIBBLE, they never send me the check in information prior to my visit. So when I arrived there was no possible way to access. I spend all day long trying to contact them by phone and no one answered. I ended up booking another hotel because of the irresponsability of them. And now they are eefusing to refund me for a stay I did not use because of there fault. I show es up at the hotel and i was not able to access because THEIR FAULT, not mine. Waste of time, and money, I don’t recomend...

「Excellent hospitality, nice breakfast with local bread, fruits, variety of ham, cheese, jams etc and good coffee. Spacious and clean room. The owner had a cute Italian greyhound. A knight use to live here in the 1800s, which makes this place more special. It is a recommended place to stay if you visit Brussels!!」

「Excellent accommodations. The house is one of Brussels oldest standing houses and has an interesting past which is seen throughout the house. 「Gorgeous building and lovely, clean room. Stayed here with my wife and had an excellent time, we took the romantic suite. The room is really big and spacious, with a separate (equally as big) bathroom. The room was quiet and had everything we needed including a fridge! We checked in early, left the bags in the lounge and explored the city. 「Unfortunately we are in Netherlands for work, so we could not use all the facilities of this beautiful place. Our host was very nice, the location is awesome.」
