「There was a power and water supply outage during the one day stay. The elevator was out of service, and the internet /WiFi did not work. Other than that everything else was just fine.」

「Felt like walking into a 1990s Movie. Everything is very outdated. Everything works, “well kept”. But everything (even the staff) feels tired. Could use some TLC, specially for what they are charging per night. 」

「Wonderful and Very Secure Stay!We had an excellent experience at this property. The place is very comfortable and everything was spotless. The master bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with top-quality utensils. We felt very safe thanks to the private parking and the camera surveillance system. Additionally, the WiFi connection was excellent and never failed.We also want to highlight the service from the hosts, who were very kind and attentive. We definitely recommend this place...

「La Propiedad simplemente no esta en condiciones de recibir nungun huesped , Olia horrible, estaba sucio, AC no funcionaban, no hubo servicio de ahua durante horas, el anfitrion nunca respondia a tiempo, el personal de Vigilancia irritado, no se cumplio con las amenities, no se podia usas la piscina. Se tuvo que abandonar la propiedad y pasarnos a Paradaise Puerto La Cruz. Y para el toque final solo le reversaron 45% de mi dinero despues de tantos correos y llamadas que tuve que hacer....
