The front desk Staff all IVY,EMMANUEL and HENRY are the best. Professionals and friendly and are truely helpful. They provide me with all the information on the property amenities and wi fi password and time of Breakfest and loction building where our room was at. I like staying here and nice room, comfortable Beds and nice Showers. Thank You for your First class service. They are all assets for your company and Owners og this property needs to know how valuable they are. Is one of the main reasons I choose to stay here with so many other property I can choose but These staff here at front desk I mentioned all the best and customer like me choose to stay here. Every time I go to Orlando, this is my place to stay. Good match between price and service. This time the only little thing that we didn't enjoy was the firmness of the mattress, it was too soft.

First impressions were great. The suite was huge! The Tavern was awesome, and management resolved concerns promptly. Its a bonus to have access to a fridge and microwave. The coffee makers were nice for making mini coffees. The only suggestion I'd have is to adjust the doors to not slam so loudly! I'd stay here again!
