This was a great property - so well equipped and great location! The photos don’t really do it justice, much better in person. The gardens are lovely, bedrooms all have exterior opening doors and the house is light-filled. Apollo Bay is also lovely and chilled out. The host was great, very responsive. All very easy and comfortable

Absolutely stunning location with sweeping views
This property is so comfortable, so clean and has such majestic views of rolling green hills, and ocean glimpses..It was incredibly well insulated, which is a must as that part of Victoria' can be quite wild and windy.The heating is cozy, and the couches, TV are lovely for watching some Netflix.Beds where very comfortable, and the sliding doors off the bedrooms looking over the lush fruit tree garden was so lovely to behold upon waking.IMy eight year old actually cried when he left, he loved it so much!

Well thought out and set up for guests of families or a romantic get away. Great location not too close to the noise of the main road but everything within a short walk.

Wonderful days in a wonderful home!
This super comfortable home provided our family with the perfect Apollo Bay February escape - very well appointed with 3 generous bedrooms, comfy living areas and uptodate appliances- the wifi work area was brilliant as one of our family needed to work whilst down there.
We loved it! And hope to return next year.
It’s a good 10 min walk to the beach/shops and we appreciated the spacious lockable yard for our 2 small dogs.
Thanks Theodor - it was fabulous and we enjoyed perfect weather!

A great family getaway
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and provided all required amenities. Bathrooms modern, beds and linen comfy, a lovely garden that the kids loved to explore, and a deck that hosted some beautiful views of farmland and a glimpse of the ocean. We were 6 adults and 2 children and didn't feel cramped. Thanks for having us!

Escaping our tourist town for another
This property is not overstated nor is it understated, it’s just very easy, friendly & unpretentious. The sunsets from the deck were incredible & it was a thoughtful property with everything you needed especially coffee facilities. Massive win! A reasonable price with all included (not having to bring bedding meant less stress). We loved it! Thanks

Quite nice
In need of some minor repairs, decking, and master ensuite-door handle and grout. Coffee pods don't fit in machine. Other coffee wasn't nice. Ended up buying my own coffee. But in all it was close enough to the beach, pretty good spot to stay and a nice beach house.
