"They are remodeling. Decent place for the price. Breakfast the juice was always out, but food was hot. It’s close to everything on the pigeon forge strip."

"The only problem we had was that we had checked in the day before and still we’re not allowed to valet park when we got there because there was a concert that night and they were allowing random people off the street to park in the garage and not holding spaces for people that were staying at the hotel"

"Even though they're beginnng renovations, everything was really nice! My best description would be a nice three 1/2 star hotel priced as a two 1/2. Breakfast an actual hot buffet in an upscale environment. And the location is spot on. We will stay again."

"The ac in our room didn’t work correctly the last night we were there! When booking the room the pictures are very deceiving. I thought I booked a room with an area with bunk beds for the kids! The room I got definitely wasn’t was shown! A few more families said the same thing! Kids have unlimited access to the pools and water parks but besides that everything is very costly! Kids enjoyed it, so did i! The slides and pool made it okay!"
