「We had a good week. The location was excellent and the cottage was comfortable. Although there is well equipped kitchen, there was no bread knife, which I would have expected. It was good to have a bath and shower but the electric shower above the bath was leaking down the wall so we didn't use.」

「River Dance cottage is a comfortable.clean and well presented holiday stay. The owners go to great lengths to ensure you feel welcome, and also have everything you need. 「The apartment was very clean, reasonably well presented, but with slightly tired looking decoration and especially the doors. The electric heating was a nightmare to control / understand how it operated. Excellent location close to the high street in Sedburgh. On arrival the lounge / kitchen area had a strong smell of cooking, needed to have some windows opened for ventilation.」

「A lovely cosy cottage with everything you need for a walking holiday. Plenty of info from the helpful owner who came around to explain things shortly after I arrived. A short walk to the station. Parking OK outside cottage as long as you have a relatively small car (larger cars can park further down the lane I think). All in all an excellent cottage.」

「Charming 3-level cottage with very cosy tv-lounge on lowest level. Street-level entry is to the kitchen area and main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Freshly decorated and clean. Bigger cars will struggle navigating the tiny lanes to park outside the property; that said, a rather large builder's van working across the road had no trouble. Overall, very good.」
