「Excellent rental experience. Simple check in and check out, clean and well kept. Only 5 minutes from St. Norbert campus so very convenient for visiting our daughter! Don't let the exterior of the building deceive you--the interior is what matters and it was great!」

「The remodeling/upgrades done on this 1900’s apartment are well done. They’ve modernized the apartment while keeping the classic charm. While Downton Appleton goes to sleep early (unless you enjoy bar hopping), the block that this apartment is located has a number of fun little shops/coffeehouses/eateries. There is also a large YMCA behind this apartment which offers day passes if you accustom to a daily workout. One negative (which is out of the control of this apartment owner) is parking....

「Property desperately needs some bug spray and maintenance. The electrical is a bit slipshod and the microwave is unreliable. I’m also not sure why they include an oven/stovetop but don’t have any pots or pans. The shower was uncomfortably small and this led to several mishaps while showering. Aside from this, the property was serviceable. The air conditioner keeps the bed cool at night, and the bed was comfortable.」

「This is a perfect spot to stay if you’re in town to see the Packers play! We traveled with another couple to see a game at Lambeau. The suite was clean all amenities were new. It is a very easy and quick walk to the stadium and there are several places to eat within walking distance as well. The owner was very easy to connect with and quickly responds to any questions/concerns. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to a game!」
