Made reservations for King room- got a room with 2 doubles- hotel said that Expedia changed the room- not them… refused to give us a king room. It was late- so we stayed. The manager was wonderful- she compensated us for the issues caused by the men checking us in-( they did have a king available)- she didn’t understand why the staff changed it. I can’t say enough for the manager. She was mortified with the situation- and made things right for us.

Took 45 min to get checked it, had to do it in a separate building from the place we were staying. Got the room keys and they didnt work had to walk back. Got into the room and the heat didnt work. Got switched to a new room and the house keeping was questionable. I wouldnt stay here again

Property needs updating. Shower may have been cleaned, but it looked moldy. Grout was covered with black spots, we didn’t even use it. Face plate on phone was missing, could not determine what the different buttons on the phone were for other than the dial pad. Walls are paper-thin; could hear neighboring room “activities”. Would never stay at this facility again.

Well i got $50/night worth. Front desk is at the travelodge next store. Clerk called the rate "rent" which is fitting as theres quite a few people living there full-time. Cops were there one afternoon. Bathroom was so small i had to stand to the side of the toilet to close the door. Shower was even smaller. No housekeeping came all week. I see theyre doing some renovations but its going to take a lot more

The Baymont Hotel by Wyndham is infested with black mold in the rooms, bathrooms and air conditioner. The problem was photographed and taken to the front desk and there was no reaction. Nothing done. The Baymont also has kept my deposit for 5 days and counting. Their desk clerk refused to return it until a manager is there tomorrow. Completely unsatisfied with the stay and the Hotel is a health hazard. Last resort.

Terrible. Definitely need updated picture because the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. I was scared to take my shoes off, carpet looked gross. Our door trim was missing. Looked overall ghetto. Got a $150 hold.... I've been to better hotels that don't even have a hold. What was I going to steal? The janky towels or the dirty stained bed sheets? Ugh please! Room smelled like mold. Very disgusting.

The buildings front desk was boarded up so had to go next door to checkin. Dresser in room was pulled out 2 feet or so from wall and tv was unplugged...no big deal except that when we plugged it in, we had no sound. Overall room was dirty and dusty.

The property is like a lot of places on earth full of life, good eats right near and places where children could play. And some nice quiet places to relax and ponder and wonder how lucky we can be at times. And the staff was very kind to me even though I was a bit obtuse and dunder headed. I had an amazing 2 day stay and would not have changed anything about my stay other than wishing I had the resources to make the stay longer.

Pay extra somewhere else!
I am not one to leave reviews but wanted to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. This place is scary! But let’s start with the good…the staff is very friendly!! The breakfast is pretty good. The beds were pretty comfy. Now, the not so good. The lobby is currently closed so you need to check in at the hotel next door. The rooms have a smell somewhere between stale cigarette smoke and must. The people around the hotel area honestly made me feel very scared and unsafe. The hotel is set way back off the beaten path so it all just felt unsafe. We got back to the room later one night only yo find out our key didn’t work to get in. So I now had to walk across the parking lot to the other hotel, already terrified by the people hanging around, including a blacked out car that was just lurking around…very suspiciously. The bathroom is tiny…be prepared to bump your elbows to sit on the toilet. I found crumbs, hair and dirt on the floors and walls. Cleaning staff do not come to your room for more than one night stays unless requested. The door to our room stuck and seemed like it could be kicked down with a little effort. I felt so unsafe and dirty!!

Disappointed
When it’s a 2 night stay, more coffee in the rooms and more towels. Disappointed didn’t know about remodeling being done prior to booking. Checked in later and didn’t know we had to walk to hotel next door to check in and for our complimentary breakfast. Honestly would’ve gone somewhere else

I will not be back
It was not so good our keys would not work at any door even to get into room. Threatening to call police someone kept banging on windows and taking off. No food in morning breakfast place at 7:00 in the morning.
