“Location and layout of the house are awesome! Neglected maintenance of house and landscaping was disappointing. Wilson is a perfect place to stay for fishing and the state park down the road allowed us to dock our boat and keep our trailer at the park for 21/day! Awesome Sunset Bar! Live band! Vern’s restaurant was great too! Definitely will stay in Wilson again for our salmon fishing trips from Ohio.”

“Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do……

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to many of the attractions of WNY. The icing on the cake was the pool, deck, and outside areas. During a hot summer week, it was a smashing success and a great place to hang out and entertain in comfort. ”
