In a village listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France," along the Allier River, in a peaceful setting, beautiful 1900 house with a medieval Berrichon style, 200 m² - Stunning panoramic view of the Allier from the elevated courtyard - Beautiful enclosed grounds, terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), awning, swing - outdoor pool.

The Accommodation Ground floor: Entrance, large living/dining room (fireplace) with double exposure, separate kitchen (microwave, freezer compartment) - 3 bedrooms (2 with a 140 cm bed each, and 1 with two 90 cm beds) - 1 bathroom/toilet - 1 shower room/toilet - 1 toilet with sink.

First Floor

2024: 1 bedroom with three 90 cm beds
FROM 2025: 1 bedroom with three 90 cm beds - 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed - 1 bedroom with a 90 cm bed.
Fully equipped for babies (crib, high chair, bathtub, changing table) - Towel rental - Beds made upon arrival - Mandatory cleaning fee - Unlimited access to the floral park throughout the stay after the first entry payment - Non-smoking cottage - Located on the Loire à Vélo route (2 bicycles available for rent) - Possibility of canoeing down the Allier from the village.

The house is stunning, lots of space inside and well equipped. Lovely gardens, the front with a beautiful view of the river and with morning sun, the back of the property with a terrace and big table, BBQ area wonderful meadow and pool. Must return!

A wonderful place in an outstanding environement

This is a beautiful place, stylish and absolutely magical. The house is at the entry to Apremont-sur-Allier and it is very private and calm. The garden is magnificent. The pool is clean and large. Internet is really fast (important for the kids)! We have spent long evenings with family and friends at the large table in the garden, enjoying French lifestyle and food. If you are looking for a place to slow-down and relax, here it is! And if you like wild swimming, the Allier is just in front of the house. The local support and service is very friendly, reactive and supportive. All-in-all a fantastic experience. The place to be in the area!

Loved his little medieval village!

The home is really lovely. We loved the village and met some interesting residents éveil we walked around. I would stay again in a heartbeat. It was comfortable for our group of 8- plenty of space and everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wunderschönes altes und komfortables Haus in einer tollen wasserreichen Umgebung! Das Schwimmbad und den nahegelegenen Park haben wir auch sehr genossen 😊. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern gut betreut und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Le cadre est superbe, l'accueil très bon. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin et les balançoires. Quelques éléments à améliorer : certains radiateurs ne fonctionnent pas, il n'y a pas de patères dans les salles de bains, il y a une odeur désagréable dans une des salles de bains.

Splendide séjour !

Nous avons tous vraiment apprécié ce séjour. D’abord parce quel e gîte est vraiment grand, ce qui ne ce voit pas sur les photos. Même la taille du jardin ! Mes deux petits-enfants de deux et quatre ans ont pu profiter à fond du lieu, courir, jouer, sans restriction, ce qui est inappréciable. Et puis l’emplacement évidemment, face à l’Allier avec les vols d’oies sauvages, dans un calme que citadin je ne connais pas vraiment même si je vis dans un quartier paisible. Qu’est-ce que nous avons tous bien dormi ! Je ne peux oublier la rapide proximité des commerces (grandes surfaces à vingt minutes en voiture). Enfin le parc floral est vraiment magnifique et à cinq minutes à pied en longeant l'Allier dans un espace piétonnier. Bref notre séjour ne fut qu’un immense plaisir. Vraiment. Nous n’excluons pas de revenir tant nous nous sommes plus dans cette très ancienne maison.

Spacieuse

Cette maison, ses extérieurs, son environnement sont superbes. Elle est très spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons apprécié la belle salle à vivre avec ses canapés et sa grande table de salle à manger ; la cuisine bien équipée et spacieuse pour cuisiner ; le salon de jardin ; la cour pour garer les voitures et bien sûr la vue sur l'Allier. Nous avons adoré la localisation à l'entrée du village d'Apremont et le magnifique parc floral où nous sommes allés 2 fois puisque l'entrée est valable toute la durée du séjour. Un grand merci à Karine à l'arrivée et à Louise pour ses réponses à toutes mes questions de logistique. Nous serions ravis de revenir dans ce bel endroit.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans la propriété de Louise. Le gîte est idéalement placé dans le village, à deux pas du magnifique parc floral et du château. Le jardin de la propriété est très agréable. Au Printemps l'impression d'un séjour bucolique est totale. Merci !
