“Very boring not like before and the stuff was lying a lot no activities there everything was bad I don’t recommend it for a family and kids.”

“This is a brand new hotel with nice staff ! Only 10min walk to Aqaba Castle/Museum. The breakfast was served in their sister hotel across the street, it is a traditional Jordanian breakfast with several choice. We had partial ocean view which was a huge plus, totally recommend this hotel!”

“Poor customer service, had fake picture of a pool that was not at their hotel, in fact its at another hotel thats miles away and you have to pay to use it. after I raised the issue they removed the photos, and promised return the booking cost. But they never did. The pictures over all are deceiving, and touched up too much. This place is no where near the beach or has a clear view of the beach or the sea, even from their top floor. The area is very noisy and not classy at all. I paid for two……

“Checking in was chaos, staff could not cope with amount of people. When we finally started the process of checking in the hotel telephone started to ring. The female member of staff immediately stopped serving us and answered the telephone despite the fact she was in the middle of serving us ! This is very bad manners to answer telephone whilst dealing with a customer who is currently being served at check in. The female member of staff forgot to give us our passports as she had put them next……

“We had a very brief stay but it was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and even funny, which made checking in a breeze and set a positive tone for my stay. The room was comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy. Everything went smoothly, and we didn’t encounter any issues during our short visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service. Would definitely return!”
