"AC in the room would go off every time we opened the balcony door which is normal. However, it would not restart after closing the door. We had to call the reception every single time for them to restart it from their end. Our room did not get cleaned one day during our stay despite calling the housekeeping and had to ask one of the employees cleaning other rooms for clean towels, water, etc."

"Wonderful staff and incredible breakfast! The hotel itself is old school, but reliable as a base from which to explore Ceşme and Alaçati. The two pools are nice and sunny at all times of the day. If you’re looking for a boutique experience this is not it; if you’re uncomplicated, this is a great option. Again, the Turkish breakfast (included) is just fantastic! Would come back and definitely would recommend."
