“Das Zimmer war schön und man hatte alles was man braucht, das Personal war freundlich und die Lage ist auch gut. Leider hat man keine Möglichkeiten irgendwo draußen zu sitzen. Das wäre schön gewesen.”

“We check in later at night but the hotel closed for something. We had a calling to them. The manager drives a car and guides us to check in the same stars hotel for us. The hotel closes to beach more with the buffet breakfast too. Such action in efficiency without any loss for clients are the trust.”

“The room we had was clean but quite dark and dreary as it looked at back of property. Not lovely. The pool are was nice, pool was a tad cool. Nice breakfast and facility.”

“Friendly and helpful staff, perfect beach view from the room balcony; suite comfortable and very quiet at night, lunch at the hotel restaurant was incredible, and the town is delightful. The only negative is weak internet, but who needs internet on a beach getaway!”

“Excellent customer service by the receptionists (Sarah and Desiree) as well as the ladies from the cafeteria. Lovely and elegant hotel a few steps from the beach and all the Herradura venues. Highly recommended!”

“Really enjoyed this stay - chilled and relaxed just as we'd wanted when we visited in the last week of May. We had a room with a sea view and terrace and loved being on the loungers relaxing in front of the beach. Comfy beds, good air con. Restaurant downstairs had good food options too. Breakfast was fairly basic but still nice to have included. A short walk from the 'town centre' but steps from the beach.”

“We had a room overlooking the beach which included a small balcony. I suspect that the views from the other rooms along the sides of the hotel were not quite so good. Beach access was easy - just cross the road and you're there. Mainly pebbles & coarse grit, with a few sandy patches. No problem renting a sunbed - plentiful supply. Several restaurants along the seafront, some good, some expensive. The evening buffet in the hotel was very high quality, plenty of choice, and even less expensive……

“Just returned from a weeks hols in October 2025, just my and son and a I. Hotels remote, but beautiful. In fairness it was better than good, very good even, just not quite 5 stars. Not many brits here, good or bad make your own mind up. But I would recommend learning sone spanish. Its definitely alpreciated. Buffet food was good, plenty to choose. And plenty of booze too. Would defo recommend to families, couples and anyone else for that matter. To the staff thank you for working hard.……

“Grundsätzlich Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.Es ist ein Hotel für überwiegend Spanier,sehr trubelig.Leider sehr stressige Essenssituation,sehr laute Kantine-Bratgeruch hängt in Kleidung und Haar.Personal sehr flink,aber im Grunde Gefühl der Massenabfertigung.Kann man mit leben,aber das ist eine sehr persönliche Sache,was man erwartet.Sehr kinderfreundlich und Speiseangebot akzeptapel.Frühstück besser als Abendessen.Cafe mäßig,Teeangebot nicht auffindbar.Bei früher Abreise keine Lunchbox……

“C’est un peu moins bien équipé que dans un hôtel; il n’y avait pas de couette de lit, seulement un drap mince, donc nous avons eu froid avec la climatisation qui était très dure à régler. Le lit pour deux personnes était petit. Par contre, l’endroit était propre et bien situé.”

“Just returning from a 7 night stay. Room was lovely all the essentials provided. Lovely powerful shower , comfy beds and very quiet. Also they have a lovely terrace with a pool to cool off and have a drink.A five min walk into the shops bars and restaurants and 10 min walk to centre Nerja. Tess and Jorge the owners we had the pleasure of meeting them both and if you needed their assistance they were fantastic to oblige. Would recommend to all our family and friends with no hesitation and thanks……

“I highly recommend! Great location, just walking distance from Balcon de Europa and Buriana Beach. Lovely and clean. Loved making use of the small pool to cool off and mostly had it to ourselves. The owners prepared a lovely breakfast very day. We really appreciated that.”
