"It’s ok. The price seems ok. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant food is better than expected for a reasonable price. The staff is great. Why 3 stars? The pool isn’t a pool. At deepest it’s less than 1m. The hotel is getting old. Patch work everywhere. While I was in the pool, “things” dropped into the pool. I looked around and the best guess was it was pieces of mortar from the tiles above. There we several in the pool. I had a room that had a door that went to another room. No issues. I had some price time with my girl. We thought we were alone. After about 20 minutes of laying in bed, we heard voices. They were talking to each other at a normal volume. We could hear them clearly. That means that they heard us clearly. I don’t want to talk the place down. For the price, it’s a great location and has several positives. I’m not sorry I was there but I’ll pay more next time. Again, it has several very good points. "

"We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways"

"Hotel is in good condition, clean and well staffed. Food was good and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. The beach is amazing and easily accessible, with permanent facilities like chairs, and straw beach huts, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious, with AC working well and a nice porch, although it had only two chairs, no table or chaise, and wasn’t really very comfortable to use. The only main problem during our stay was with the fitness center, most equipments were on maintenance, without a basic treadmill (absent, not broken), an issue for a runner like me when the weather is not ideal for outdoor training. If possible, choose a villa instead of the apartment, they are really nice and is the main attraction of the resort. We tried to upgrade our reservation but we were told the hotel was 100% booked, although villas seemed to still be available online for the period we were staying. Also, consider the hotel is about 1h away from the main city, Fortaleza, so it’s perfect for a stay-in-the-resort kind of vacation, but not very convenient if you also enjoy a good city dining or nightlife. Plan accordingly, traffic in Fortaleza is a bit unpredictable."
