「We showed up late and had some trouble checking in as the staff was very tired and tried to group us in another room with another tourist. We technically never checked in or out. The staff kept telling us we didn't have to. Nice beds quiet spot.」

「We loved this property. A very unique experience star gazing and sleeping at 3,000 m. The dining room and food and friendly family service were excellent. The Puma room was nicely themed with spectacular panoramic mountain view. Worth it and highly recommended. The hotel taxi pick up from train station, drive up and down was narrow and steep but the drivers there know what they’re doing so we weren’t worried.」

「It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero.
