「Wir hatten reserviert für 3 Personen. Als wir ankamen, hat uns eine sehr gelangweilte und unfreundliche Dame empfangen. Haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen bemerkten wir, dass das 3. Bett noch nicht gemacht war. Es war so vorzufinden wie vom letzten Gast hinterlassen. Nachdem wir es ihr mitteilten, überzog sie zwar das Bett neu, geputzt war das Zimmer aber nicht (Dusche, ect.). War unser erster Tag in Armenien, hat einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck gemacht.」

「This hotel has a lovely lobby, spacious rooms, and a very kind, helpful staff. The first night I arrived late and had trouble finding the hotel; there is no signage on the building or door. During the day, the door is left open and the sign is visible on the wall. The rest of my stay was comfortable, and on the morning I left, the staff helped me get a car to the bus station because my phone wasn't connecting very will.」
