Great location but nothing else positive

Handy location for Arakoon and Trial Bay but thats about where postives end. Description mentions the building has been renovated, true I suppose given it was built in the 1800's so it must have been at some time, just not recently. Obviously the building is heritage listed so there may be issues modernising but internally even a few thousand to modernise furniture, some new flooring and better security so you can safely leave some windows open would be a massive improvement. Old sash windows and dodgy doors dont leave you confident of sleeping with anything open and no fans in the bedrooms. I wouldnt recomend.
