This detached house, located on the edge of the Meygal forest, features a private terrace and an unfenced garden (2000 m²) with children's play equipment (swing) and a bread oven.

Nearby: Meygal forest, Pic du Lizieux, Lac Bleu (4 km), the charming village of Montusclat (6 km), Yssingeaux (14 km) (with its volcanic peaks of Ollières and Saussac, town hall, weekly market on Thursday mornings, and all shops and services), and the via ferrata at Le Pertuis (16 km). Ground floor: living room/kitchen (TV), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 child's bed), bathroom, WC.

First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds).

Amenities provided:

- Baby equipment: cot and high chair.

Optional services:

- Central heating included in the price. Firewood for the closed fireplace is available at an extra cost: €65 per stere.

- Cleaning fee: €50. A security deposit of the same amount will be required if you do not choose this option.

- Bed linen for extra beds: €10 per bed.

A security deposit of €100 will be required upon arrival.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.

From Yssingeaux, take the D7 towards Saint-Jeures, then the D42 towards Recharinges/Champclause (do not follow Araules). Before the village of Champclause, turn right then again the 1st right again towards Bélistar. The cottage is on the left.

Beau gite calme entouré d'un jardin et en bordure de la Forêt du Meygal, à une demi heure à pied du village de Recharinges. Très belle région à decouvrir.
