"I spent 2 nights staying here, beautiful place indeed, but I had no hot water while I was bathing, I called the front desk twice in 2 days for further assistance/ compensation. They have no reply until I check out, I feel poor for Wyndham Customer Service :("

"It was great stay. Ac was welcomed during the day and cool at night in the tent structure to turn it off. Great paths to walk along steams and deer wander thru. Bring sleep mask if you are not an early riser. Dawn is beautiful though!"

"Place was ready for us when we got there. It was exactly as it was described. Although there isn't ac for the cabin, the river next to it does an excellent job cooling the place at night. "This was our third time to stay here because we absolutely love its location on the river and roughly 20 minutes from Durango and all dining and shops. We brought my grown daughter and son and his wife and two kids with very comfortable bedrooms to accommodate all. We had snow fall the day before ..."
