Déception à tous les étages

Cet hôtel a été choisi pour sa piscine. 4 jours avant l'arrivée, l'hôtel envoie un mail pour signaler que la piscine est hors-service. L'hôtel a été contacté pour confirmation et n'a pas répondu. Il a fallu l'intervention d'Hotels.com pour apprendre que la piscine serait ouverte. Après la réservation d'une chambre double, nous découvrons 2 lits simples (dans l'hôtellerie ça s'appelle "chambre twin"). Le wifi n'a pas fonctionné du séjour. Le soir, en nous présentant pour l'apéro, on apprend que le resto était fermé. C'est pourtant un élément mis en avant sur les photos de l'hôtel. Il a fallu prendre la voiture au pied levé et parcourir 10km pour aller dîner au village le plus proche. Pas de bar pour les cocktails présents sur les photos. Interdiction de prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse, le "buffet" n'est pas réapprovisionné (1 croissant pour 6 personnes à 9h30 alors que l'horaire indique 8h à 10h). Le préposé était désagréable avec les clients. Bref, beaucoup de déceptions, l'hôtel à du potentiel mais mériterait d'être mieux tenu.

Super lieu, le cadre est très beau ! La chambre etait comme sur les photos ( petit bemol les matelats pas tres confortable). L'acceuil est sympathique. Dommage les restaurants etais fermés, mais le conseil d'un restaurant local sur la ville Arbus etait super !
