L’hébergement est très agréable, lumineux et bien agencé.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour même si le temps a été quelques fois capricieux. Arcachon est une belle ville balnéaire et le Cap ferret est resté très authentique.L’agent d’accueil,Colette,est très sympathique et la communication avec les propriétaires toujours très cordiale.Bref, c’était bien !..

Lovely Apartment in Arcanchon

The property was ideally located for everything we needed. The place was nice and quiet with lovely pine tree setting. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. Clean and up to date. It had secure parking. Very friendly neighbours. Overall a good stay.

Schöne ruhig gelegene Wohnung in Arcachon

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und doch fußläufig zum Strand oder shoppen. Sie ist sehr modern und gemütlich und beim Grillen auf dem Balkon haben wir es uns sehr gut gehen lassen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Two weeks family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Arcachon. The apartment is part of a quiet and very well maintained complex. The apartment is fully equipped, much better than a typical holiday home.

Great Appartement!

Franck is an exceptional host- he is helpful in every respect and communicates very clearly and pro-actively. His appartment is well equipped (kitchen, barbecue, TV, Bose sound) and has a balcony as well as a terrace. Very calm neighbourhood close to the beaches: Highly recommended!

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques ils sont toujours à votre disposition pour faire en sorte que votre séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions L’appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme avec une jolie vue. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement Les terrasses sont agréables le séjour et la cuisine américaine sont parfaits les deux chambres sont équipés de placards ma seule réserve c’est que les salles de bain sont propres mais démodées Je recommande la location de cet appartement.

Hervorragende, sehr zu empfehlendeFerienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sauber sowie hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt auch zwei große Balkons mit Tischen, Stühlen, Liegestühlen und Gasgrill. Alles in einem hervorragenden, im Grunde neuen Zustand. Franck, der Vermieter, ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurz vor unserer Reise war der schreckliche Waldbrand. Franck hat uns fortlaufend über die aktuelle Situation informiert. Da wir wegen des Brandes zwei Tage später anreisen wollten, hat Franck uns zwei Nächte kostenfrei storniert. Wirklich kulant. Überraschenderweise gab es auch ein Willkommensgeschenk. Auch Colette, die für check in und check out zuständig ist, ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Arcachon in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Sie verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne und hochwertige Küche. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Übernahme bei Ankunft und Übergabe bei Abfahrt hat perfekt geklappt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber. Wir kommen gern wieder 😊

Outstanding

This is a lovely property allowing for a restful, relaxed stay with comfort . The verandas on both sides offer a choice of sun and shade; the neighborhood is a residential one , away from the noisy center, yet convenient to all points of interest and beaches. It offers all the amenities of a home stay with generosity not commonly seen. The owners are extremely helpful and welcoming. We were there during mid May, and cannot vouch for the summer season which tends to be much more busy. We recommend this property without any reservations- and with delight.
