Ruhiges Haus in der Nähe von Strand, Shopping und Restaurants

Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gut. Die Terrasse ist sehr ruhig und privat. Ein Supermarkt und zahlreiche Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe, die Innenstadt, der Strand und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig in zehn bis zwanzig Minuten erreichbar. Tres belle semaine en famille

Très bien située, au calme tous commerces à proximité, boulangerie et poissonnier..... au coin de la rue. On peut vraiment tout faire à pied. La maison est conforme aux photos, la terrasse bien ensoleillée tout au long de la journée. Valérie est sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons cette location.

Maison mitoyenne, et donc soumise aux bruits des deux maisons voisines ! Sensibles au bruit : attention !! Le repos n’est pas le maître mot ici. Exposée plein nord, la maison n’est pas idéale pour profiter de la petite terrasse. En résumé : une location pratique mais sans âme, ni charme. Tout est assez « sommaire ». Le vrai + : une situation idéale, proche des meilleurs commerces et facile pour partir se balader. Ménage moyen / Aucune mesure Covid au sein de la maison / Vaisselle en plastique / Strict minimum sur place / tout est vraiment basique.

Séjour rafraîchissant dans le quartier de l’Aiguillon

Belle expérience à Arcachon. L’emplacement de cette charmante maison est idéal avec des commerces à deux pas (notamment une poissonnerie exceptionnelle). Le quartier de l’Aiguillon est vraiment au calme tout en étant proche de la mer et de la piste cyclable. Nous y reviendrons volontiers.

AGRÉABLE LOCATION

Un logement très lumineux, fonctionnel dans son équipement, très propre et bien entretenu, une literie impeccable. Rien ne manquait si ce n'est peut-être un portant penderie (par exemple sur roulettes) tout simple à l'étage pour accrocher des cintres vêtements. La décoration est soignée et de bon goût. L'extérieur de la maisonnette est irréprochable, très agréable, bien clos. Ce fut une semaine parfaite et donc à renouveler. La propriétaire est disponible et sympathique. L'endroit (village et environnement avec tous les commerces essentiels à proximité, ) mérite que l'on s'offre une parenthèse de détente que l'on ne peut qu'apprécier.

Location idéalement située

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de vacances dans cette location. Placée idéalement, nous n avons pas pris la voiture de la semaine. La ville étant bien desservie par les pistes cyclables, nous avons tout fait à vélo. Nous avons pu aller aller à la Dune du Pyla, faire le quartier d’hiver, le parc Mauresque, le marché, le Cap Ferret, le tour du bassin en bateau avec l île aux oiseaux, visiter les petits ports de la Teste de Buch, le port d Arcachon... génial ! A proximité de la location : supérette, grande surface, pharmacie, location vélos, resto, boulangerie, poissonnerie.... Nous avons aussi apprécié l équipement et la propreté de la villa 👍
